    Hey UN•THERAPIST,

We need your help UN•THERAPIZING something...

Do you ever feel like you need a strong sense of self to handle criticism? Or is it just me? Let's talk about it.

For some people, their journey to being comfortable with themselves took them years & all that may get interrupted after a moment of "feedback."

Now, I get that it's a show and all part of the concept, but it can't be good for your internal peace to have all these balloons simultaneously pop in your face.

📌 But when you truly consider it, it's just criticism, right?
    📌 Or is it preference?
📌 Do we begin to adjust who we are based on what others say about us, or do we continue as who we are being confident that we will attract whomever is for us in all walks of life?

Join us for another session of UN•THERAPY as we UN•THERAPIZE Deja Dej, cooking it up, handling criticism, and the aftermath of getting a balloon popped in your face.

  • FAITH AND FEAR CANNOT COEXIST
    Sep 26 2024

    Hey UN•THERAPISTs,

We need your help UN•THERAPIZING something...

How do you determine the difference between when GOD is trying to keep you from something and when he is preparing you to persist through something?

I'm sure everyone's answer will differ, but is it true that the more obstacles we face, the stronger we are more likely to become when overcoming them?

📌 Of course, it doesn't always feel good, but doesn't accomplishing the hard things increase your faith?
📌 When that same faith is low, what do you consume to build it back up?

Join us for another session of UN•THERAPY as we UN•THERAPIZE faith, anxiety vs. fear, and the strength obtained from overcoming obstacles.

    Hey UN•THERAPIST,

We need your help UN•THERAPIZING something...

When you look at your scars, do you see them as a symbol of pain or a symbol of healing?

Truthfully, there is no wrong answer, but whichever answer you did choose may be a result of the framing you have created around your scars.

📌 But how do we create a frame around our thinking that helps to yield positive results in our lives?

📌 Does this framing change the events in our lives, or does it allow us to see it differently?

Join us for another session of UN•THERAPY as we UN•THERAPIZE framing the events in our life, gratefulness, the ability for anything to be taken away, & understanding the principles of life.
