This can be helpful in lowering their risk of developing certain chronic health conditions like type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol when compared to their peers. Adopting a plant-based diet early in life can help set children up for a lifetime of better health. However, we understand that sometimes children can be picky little eaters, leaving parents with the frustration of figuring out how to get more plants on their child’s plate.
