The summer series roles on, this time Jacob Bigelow welcomes SEC associate commissioner for men's basketball Garth Glissman. Garth's story is a very unique one. A native Nebraskan, in college he was a walk-on basketball player and quarterback at Nebraska. What happened after he graduated law-school is a great story. Now, after working for the NBA for 7 years, Garth is now entering his second season overseeing men's basketball for the SEC. Discussion topics include: Garth's basketball origin story, going from a volunteer high school head coach to working for the NBA, traveling to SEC towns, coaches in the SEC, building a conference schedule, when did the switch flip with high school basketball in Nebraska, and more.
