  • Is time going faster?
    Dec 5 2022

I found my self in the mist of an epic mental breakdown over the most stupid thing....wanting to clean the bathroom in one time frame. The growing mountain of expecatations over decades finally caught up to me and there I was ugly crying with my husband looking at me like I was an injured puppy. When he asked me what I wanted to do I blurted out "I just want to raise my kids and clean the bathroom". Then I braced for judgement....because you know, society. Why do women have to do it all- seriously?

So here I am asking questions...Is time going faster or is it me? How can I achieve being a mom, employee, wife, homemaker, daughter, sister, friend.....when there are only 24 hours in a day - Let's talk my breakdown and time and society expectations.....

AND I want to hear from you too - If you are facing an overload meltdown how would you problem solve it? Would you attempt to solve it? Would take a breath and settle in with "there is no option I have to do this"? I truly believe most of us are sitting in this overload and anxiety and we don't talk about it out of fear that we'll look like less than.

I hope this episode resonates if you're in this space. Know you're not alone. #JustBreathe
