The election results show that Donald Trump is President of the United States once more (2:00). Although the election had twists and turns, the Gents point out the historical significance of Trump's victory. As Trump has made a career of being an entertaining figure, the Gents present an episode that features multimedia entertainment. EstoBro points out the major hype surrounding the musical Wicked finally making it to the silver screen (20:30). The Wizard of Oz is one of the most crucial franchises of all time, and the Gents are holding great expectations for this movie to excel at the box office. TV is more than excited for Gladiator 2 to be released this autumn as well (30:50) and even claims that it could even win an Oscar for Best Picture. This feat has not been accomplished for a movie franchise since The Godfather. A new trailer was released for the next MCU feature, Captain America: Brave New World (39:50) and the Gents analyze how the comic book movie universe has slowly been healing in recent news. As EstoBro announces the terrible reviews of Red One that feature Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, the Gents can't hesitate to talk about the current events of professional wrestling (50:20). As PPV events tend to build more momentum, the storylines are heading in the direction that leads into next year's WrestleMania. The show concluded with an educational song from EstoBro and TV's childhood time.

The Gents have their final words on the decision of U.S. president for the 2024 election (1:00), as there in an eerie tone with Election Day landing on November the 5th. This podcast tends to help their listening audience escape the everyday presence of politics, which is why this episode is dedicated to sports news. The show opens up with the final results of the World Series (16:30), as the focus was more about the New York Yankees imploding in a critical Game 5 to the Los Angeles Dodgers. As EstoBro looks forward to Winter Meetings in the MLB, there is major focus on Juan Soto staying in the Bronx or trying his talents elsewhere for a new team. Football is always a great talking point this time of year, and the Gents have yet to discuss the first reveal of the 12-team College Football Playoff picture (35:00). With some familiar teams greeted by new ones in the playoff picture, they discuss how it will shape up as the schedule moves closer to Rivalry Week. With football still being focused on, the Gents also weigh-in on the latest results of the NFL season (46:00), and start making favorites for their best chances for the playoffs. Finally, TV breaks down the early picture of the NBA Cup (66:15), with the first slough of games underway in basketball.

The Gents opened the show with an informative announcement regarding the decision of voters of the United States (2:00). With an essential U.S. Presidential election coming up, EstoBro and TV want to ensure voters are doing effective research before heading to the polls on Election Day. With the episode releasing on Halloween, the Gents chose to celebrate the show in a nerdy fashion. Beginning with addressing the results of Venom: The Last Dance in theaters recently (17:00), this segment highlights the 'Good, Bad, and Ugly' of the aftermath of the latest comic book film. EstoBro also highlights the best video games to play for this Spooky SZN of 2024 (33:45). With a great deal of indie releases plus some remasters of classic horror hits, there is still time to get some scares for the holiday season. When TV mentions zombies from video games, it puts EstoBro in the feels of playing his zombie-themed Gecko Moria deck in the One Piece trading game (45:15), as the host shares a small history of zombie-themed decks influenced by popular trading card games. The show concludes with spotlighting some of the best costumes to wear for this Halloween (52:00), which included family-friendly outfits to raunchier outfits that adults would rather wear. A wonderful episode to enjoy this Halloween, and please remember to vote in this upcoming election!

Two hurricanes later, and the Gents finally return with a new episode. EstoBro and TV share the experiences of what the state of Florida has gone through (2:00), and especially shed light on a character that was made a symbol for the latest storm. With the hiatus being a little long, the Gents decided to do a vintage show starting with sports. The first impressions of the NFL season (19:45) is the first subject they break down, followed by the details of the Devante Adams trade to the New York Jets to be reunited with Aaron Rodgers. TV also wants EstoBro's take on the MLB playoffs, and why the paid have decided to side with the New York Mets to win the World Series. In the pivot to multimedia, EstoBro decided to flair this some with the nerd culture of the show (45:30). The Gents first break down the utter failure of Joker: Folie à Deux and why it has become the worst comic book film of 2024. Music is always a highlight of the show, so it was also important to discuss Pharrell Williams' Piece by Piece, his biopic animated with LEGOs. The podcast always celebrates Spooky SZN every October, so the pair also share about the new spooky series Agatha All Along and the anime Uzumaki that fits the mood of Halloween. The last piece of nerd news that EstoBro has to report is the massive data leak that impacted GameFreak and the Pokémon Company (66:25). TV decides to finish the show off with a 'Who has the munchies?' segment to shed light on Wendy's latest promotion with the Krabby Patty from SpongeBob SquarePants (78:00).

EstoBro has found a new love for wine...by having a surplus during the 2024 U.S. Presidential debate between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump (1:10). TV has had enough of this parody and would rather have Harrison Ford take the job. As funny as the evening carried on, it wasn't as funny as TV's fantasy football performance (14:45), as the co-host gets his piece in celebrating that football is back. The nerd world took a major loss this week with the passing of legendary actor James Earl Jones (35:45), most known for his voice as Darth Vader in the Star Wars franchise. The Gents take the time to honor the legendary voice that defined their generation, and the many generations before them. With the transition to other film news, the long-awaited sequel Beetlejuice Beetlejuice debuted in theaters last week (45:35). It made a huge smash at the box office and set the tone for autumn and Spooky SZN. With Halloween looming, the Gents also talk about the inspiration for couples costumes for parties this year. All are included in this vintage episode of the EstoBro TV Podcast.

Labor Day weekend put the studio behind on getting out an episode, but we made it just in time for football season. EstoBro is joined by CCB, who will make regular stops on the program now that he is working with Mandy Hatake. They open the show with one of his signature snack-time TikToks (1:15) and talk about the MLB season's final month. In a sports-oriented episode, everyone is excited to talk about football kicking off this week (15:45). EstoBro and CCB break the results of the podcast's fantasy football and go around the league making preseason impressions for the upcoming season. There are other footballs to celebrate, as the closing moments of the show also highlight soccer's latest season beginning (54:20). It is a treat to have CCB on the program, who writes for the Tottenham Hotspurs on a sports website.

Follow CCB as he makes more appearances on the EstoBro TV Podcast!

  • Alien: Romulus review and Other Entertainment News

EstoBro waited for his beloved Mandy Hatake to return from her travels so they could attend a showing of Alien: Romulus as it hit theaters last week (13:20). Needless to say, the host is grading this harder with the nerd POV opinion rather than giving the director Fede Álvarez his flowers for delivering a phenomenal entry to the franchise. TV also brings some harsh criticism to the table, being the major anime fan of the program with the adaptation of Rick and Morty debuting at the same time (32:45). This form of media was made for TV, with two of his favorite forms of media colliding, but sadly this might be the tipping scale that could be the end of the beloved adult swim program. The pair come together to celebrate the release of Batman: Caped Crusader which has been distributed on Amazon Prime (45:00), which has taken these millennials by shock that this classic anime form of Batman has returned to glory. This episode concludes with the impressions of the latest season of Hard Knocks (53:30), with the Gents speculating which team amongst the New York Giants or the Chicago Bears will succumb to the curse of the program...with the ending credits revealing the draft order of the podcast's official fantasy football league.

The 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris have ended (1:00), and the Gents are looking forward to the games coming to America when it takes place in Los Angeles in 2028. EstoBro teases with TV that if podcasting were a sport and presents the question of who would represent the USA, without hesitating to ask to see if they would qualify to participate. With the focus the show focusing on nerd news, it is with the host's deepest regret to report the passing of Rachael Lillis (17:00), a voice actress who is most famous for her roles as Misty and Jesse for the English dub of Pokémon when it first debuted. In more sadness, TV reports on the terrible live-action adaptation of the hit video game Borderlands. The film bombed as a total flop and is on pace to be considered one of the worst films in 2024 (23:15). EstoBro lingers on the idea that this is karma being served to Gear Box with the looming release of Alien: Romulus set to release this weekend. The Gents bring a lot of attention to Disney's fan expo D23 (36:10) with all the amazing film releases and theme park attractions that are set for fans to experience in the near future. Finally, the EstoBro TV Podcast fantasy football league is set and ready to draft on Sunday, August 25th and we are looking forward for our another great year of football from all our supporters this season.
