Storytelling is the way people relate to information, and it can also be used for spreading brand values throughout a community. You need to tell stories about what you've done, why you do things and how people benefit from your products, services or ideas. if you have a deep connection with your audience already, then it leaves an opportunity for them to bring them through, nurture that relationship and then at some point into the conversion phase or continued loyalty.
