We get some interaction between R-Truth and Carmelo which turns into a tag match between Carmelo and Miz (Mello don’t Mizz) and R-Truth and a Louisiana native (who really is from Maryland), LA(Louisiana) Knight. R-Truth greats him with Mardi-Gras beads and a Po’boy.

Tiffy cuts a promo and takes on Candice. This culminates with Trish and Tiffy getting beat down and both squished by Nia.

The Rock wasted 30 minutes of our lives with the announcement of next years Mania to be in the Big Easy… not like they’ve never done it before.

Then he meanders for 15 minutes on wanting Cody to be his champ and sell his soul. And he’s going to want an answer if he will at Elimination Chamber (my bathroom break, may even file my taxes during that….)

DIY beat Pretty Deadly via DQ with the Street Profits attacking… again… just like the last time.

KO is creepy outside of Sami’s “home” or AirBNB.

And in the main event, it’s reverso-chango from last week with Solo and Jacob not on the same page… taking on Braun and Priest.

We’re on the road to Elimination Chamber in Toronto and, we like LA Knight need to get our stuff in.

We kick off tonight with yeeting all over the place and setup a tag match.

Then we get an Elimination Chamber qualifier match with Bianca vs the Secret Hervice.

Another Teddy Long special with DIY taking on the Yes Boys follows.

Drew, Jimmy Uso and LA Knight have a fun promo and a great match in our second Elimination Chamber qualifier.

Then, if you’re sat down, you can see Carmelo (unfortunately) win a match… Followed by R-Truth back on SmackDown (where he belongs).

Alexa and Candace battle in our final Elimination Chamber qualifier.

And in our main event, Jacob and Non-Injured Tonga take on Cody/Jey, with a “CM Punk” style return of Solo.

Twas the night before the Rumble and all through the Fed.

With Greg nursing an injury, we placed a call to Tennessee, bringing in Sean Burkhead from All Elite Radio to break down three jam-packed hours of SmackDown!

Oh dear god, how are we going to survive 3 hour SmackDown’s? As tonight’s SmackDown was a 3 hour Raw, and not the good 3 hour Raws…the ones that he who shall not be named wrote.

Here’s what you need to know about this episode.

There was A LOT of filler.

Paul Haymen doesn’t like metal detectors.

He’s also going to hold and present the ula fala to the winner of Tribal Combat. Greg thinks his red t-shirt will show.

The Tasmanian Devil interrupts the Tag Team Title Match.

The women’s title match was long, but Tiffy Time is great.

Tiffy time becomes stiffy time as we get a MITB cash-in.

And if SmackDown ends here, you’d go home happy.

But we get another hour, of backstage crap and a 6 man dark match that ended up on TV.

Will Greg return next week for another 3 hour Raw, I mean SmackDown? Who knows…
