    Romar Morris serves as the Executive Director of Next Generation Academy .

    Graduate of Salisbury High School, Class of 2011. Morris was the North Carolina Male Athlete of the Year in 2011,

    Morris received a full academic & athletic scholarship to the University of North Carolina At Chapel Hill, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science, focusing on Sports Administration. Romar was selected to play for the New York Jets after college and played for two years before traveling North to Canada to play in the CFL. Morris is also a Certified personal trainer and co-owner of Crowns Recovery Zone, a health and wellness facility in downtown Salisbury. He returns to Salisbury with the vision to recreate the cycle for boys & girls of his hometown. He is uniting with past team members and peers on this mission.
