    Russell earned his BBA with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Christian University. He began his career with Arthur Andersen Consulting (i.e. Accenture) and then transitioned to PepsiCo’s Corporate Audit Group. Once he established a strong accounting and technical foundation, he decided to quench his thirst and desire to be an entrepreneur. Russell joined forces in a startup apparel manufacturing company in Santa Fe that quickly grew from inception to $23 million in sales and was subsequently sold to a larger competitor. He parlayed these financial resources along with his newly developed sales and marketing knowledge into his ultimate passion...real estate! In 2000, Russell and his family moved back to DFW to reunite with his father, a custom home builder, and his mother, a maven in residential sales, to launch a residential sales company, Rhodes & Associates. Within seven years, their newly formed company became the number one real estate team in DFW out of 17,000 agents according to the Wall Street Journal. They have remained the number one seller of pre-owned DFW homes every year for the last 12 years totalling over 8400 clients and $3+ billion in sales. Russell humbly embraces the magnitude of responsibility that his clients entrust him to consult and protect them in one of their most important financial purchases. He is dedicated to work hard, listen,follow-through, and exceed their expectations every day. His strict hiring prerequisite that ALL team members MUST have a “Servant’s Heart” is non-negotiable.     Levi Rodgers has led two very distinct lives. First, a successful Military career and now leading one of the most successful real estate companies in the country. In 1996, Levi enlisted into the Army as a combat engineer, and persevered until reaching his goal of becoming a Special Forces Green Beret. Levi was deployed all over the world while serving as a Green Beret. On his last deployment in Afghanistan in 2009, he was attacked by an improvised explosive device (IED) This IED catastrophically destroyed the vehicle in which Levi and four of his teammates were utilizing. Everyone in the vehicle was killed, except Levi. These men and their families paid the ultimate sacrifice to this nation and will never be forgotten. Levi was severely wounded by the attack. He experienced third-degree burns and many broken bones and was brought to San Antonio for his extensive recovery. His life had changed, and the Military was no longer an option for him. Levi found himself in need of a new career and livelihood. Thanks to sound advice from a realtor, Levi was inspired to transition into real estate. Since his retirement from the U.S. Army, Levi has focused his passion for serving others into his new profession. After a successful start with RE/MAX in 2012, Levi and his team spun off to create The Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group in 2020. Levi continues to push the limits of the real estate market nationwide. He leads by example and surrounds himself professionally with team members who share his core values. That honesty is of the utmost importance, that the customer always comes first, that excellence is key, and that we can always improve.
