  • One of the easiest things we do as humans is to be unhappy with where we are in the present, without acknowledging how far we’ve come.

    Whatever your goal, with every step forward we easily lose sight of where we started, which then makes it easy to spiral backwards.

    From my experience, this is where routine acts as a stop point in spiralling backwards.

    “Strive For 5” embodies the idea that small, consistent efforts can lead to significant achievements, making meaningful progress and maintain balance in our busy lives.

    It is a simple approach based on the concept of building a 5 step routine that by the time you get to the 5th part of your routine, your day is already in motion, set up ready to give the day the best opportunity for success.
