They are both extremely discipline athletes, who continuously strive to perform at their best capability in their mind, body, and spirit. We had an amazing conversation filled with vulnerability. We went over what it takes to be disciplined and what it actually means to be consistent. It’s easy to get trapped in the mentality that you need to change everything in order to see a progress in your life. However the truth is that change can start small by simply making your bed in the morning as an example. Love you guys and continue working on becoming the best version of you!
