On this episode I interview Lucas Goes, a musician, and mentor of mine. We go over why individuals feel anxiety and have fear towards the future and decisions he or she has to make. We discuss the reality that anxiety is not something we can run from but it is something we can manage. We should not let our anxiety stop us from taking action.
