    Debbie is a Body Relationship Community Group Coach. Struggling for years with her own eating disorder, she now helps women make peace with their bodies, food, and exercise and build up their immunity to diet culture.

    Debbie does both 1:1 coaching. She also offers a private membership, where you’ll be able to connect with other women of all shapes and sizes, all of who have been impacted by diet culture.

    Debbie joined us on the podcast in episode 96 where she shared her journey with her eating disorder. Debbie is joining us again today to educate parents on how to speak and guide kids forward with a positive outlook on eating healthily and also on body image.
