Mentoring men ages 11-18 for the last 9 years through his program titled, “The Legacy Builders”, Mr. Varnell has dedicated his life to serving our youth of today. A lot of people claim to “serve the youth” but this brother really has put the work in, and isn’t afraid to show his receipts. Having a 100% graduation rate amongst his young men in 9 years, these men have gone to be doctors, preachers, athletes, and more. Mr. V comes to vent on our platform about a lot of things, one being how he became a father at the young age of 14. How did he mentally get through that and other challenges? He comes to vent about his upbringing, how learning “Tae kwon do” gave him discipline and mental strength, and vents about coming to Nashville from Stone Mountain, Georgia and the rough adjustments that came with a new home.
