direct, clear, charming, and informative.

Swami Purnachaitanya gives a clear insight as to what Ayurveda is, and how we can incorporate this "knowledge of life" into our daily living. He speaks clearly about the topic, while making it enjoyable to listen and learn. This was my first introduction to Swami Purnachaitanya and I'm glad I discovered him.
