• Episode 18: Guarding the Gate
    Jun 6 2024

Katherine talks to holistic veterinarian Roger Meacock about the risks of introducing mass vaccination into the poultry and livestock industry to combat avian flu.

Roger says we are playing with biology at our peril and that the farming community needs to educate itself and be aware of the dangers. He also offers suggestions as to how farmers can deal with impending state legislation and Defra intervention.

They're coming after our food supply and we desperately need to guard the gate.

  • Episode 17: Returning to the land
    May 9 2024

Katherine talks to Danish organic and biodynamic farmer Susanne Hovmand-Simonsen about a return to nature and how we should be living with the land as we transition into a new era for humanity.

Susanne's focus is on endangered plant and animal species (both wild and domesticated), allowing them to thrive in their natural environment, as well as working in reciprocal relationships with indigenous people all over the world.

Susanne and Katherine talk about the need to come together in local communities to grow (and respect) our own food, to preserve cultural values and to create our own heaven on Earth wherever we are.

  • Episode 14: Standing in your integrity
    Mar 28 2024

Katherine talks to Andrew Horler about his experiences after he attempted to point out simple truths to his colleagues and bosses in the pharmaceutical industry. The result? He was fired from his job, his marriage broke down and he lost the support of many of his friends and family members.

A year later Andrew is feeling very positive about the future. He is using his medical skills and knowledge to research more natural ways of healing and to try to rebuild trust in healthcare. One thing he has done is develop a nasal spray to help people suffering from vaccine harms (see link below).

  • Opinion piece #16: When is enough enough?
    Feb 22 2024

In this opinion piece Katherine asks how far things need to go before We The People rise up to save our food growers and get our country back on track.

She asks whether rebellion is necessary. Is it enough to simply stop complying or do we need to take stronger action? How do we wake the masses and is that even possible? What are our individual roles at this crucial time? And what, ultimately, is our end goal?

Lots of questions. Does anyone have any answers?

    > the effects of measures such as geo-engineering and weather manipulation on food production

    > building a sustainable system in terms of how consumers buy and how farmers grow/rear and sell food

    > what 'We The People' can do to support farmers and help secure the future of our natural food

    > the 'No Farmers, No Food' campaign, the PFFA Community Farm Blueprint and Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)

  • Opinion piece #15: Farmers and consumers need to unite
    Feb 7 2024

Katherine kicks off the show in 2024 with a call-out to both farmers and consumers (i.e. ALL of us) to dispense with the middleman and instead create a new system of working directly with each other to bring more nutritious and varied produce to people in local communities.

On the back of the farmers' protests currently taking place across much of Europe, Katherine explains how the movement in its current form will not succeed, and suggests alternative ways to remedy the centralised manner in which both the food and farming industries are being controlled and manipulated.

The Farmer Buying Guide on the website of The People's Food and Farming Alliance (link below) gives tips and advice on how to set up a group to approach farmers (and other suppliers) with a view to bulk-buying directly from them.

  • Opinion piece #14: 2024 is going to be insane
    Dec 19 2023

Katherine is back with fresh energy and vigour after taking a short break to focus on her own health. She encourages anyone who is feeling overwhelmed or exhausted to take time out, away from our screens, and simply enjoy life.

As we approach the end of 2023, Katherine says that now is the time to stop and to focus on our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing. She predicts that 2024 is going to be an 'insane' year and we need to make sure we (and our communities) are prepared for it on all levels.

Katherine also reports on the positive impact her new venture, The Awakening Conversation, has been having on those who have taken part in her sessions.
