Thank you for the motivation!

I love these short episodes that inspire us and motivate us to take action and improve our lives every day. Building healthy habits not only helps us work on a healthy lifestyle every day but also keeps us grounded, especially during times when we struggle. The key is to create manageable and sustainable habits that we can keep up with every day. This episode is a great motivation to do that. Thank you, Stuart!

Habits help us build a strong foundation to fall back on

I liked this short thought. Habit building and stacking is simplistic yet difficult. And often overlooked. From personal experience habits provide a stable foundation to fall back on when life throws curveballs. They take effort to set up, but well worth. For me they provide a framework to get back on track.

This was a lovely “thought” and a good reminder. Thank you!
