  • Le terapie oncologiche moderne (soprattutto target therapy e immunoterapia) determinano spesso risultati molto favorevoli in trials condotti in popolazioni selezionate. A differenza della “vecchia” chemioterapia l’efficacia è grande e la tossicità contenuta. L’inclusione nei programmi di trattamento di pazienti inizialmente esclusi dalle sperimentazioni deve sempre essere presa in considerazione, eventualmente per realizzare studi dedicati.
