About this listen

Do you know your most important number?

Numbers make or break you. Ask any bankrupt business or successful startup and they’ll both agree, numbers don’t lie. Unfortunately, most teams focus on too many numbers or the wrong numbers or maybe no numbers at all!

Author Lee Benson knows numbers. He grew his business from 3 employees to 500 with 15 consecutive years of 20 percent compounded average annual growth. Friends and families asked for his secret. He told them it came down to Your Most Important Number.

Jack Welch, the former CEO of General Electric and “Manager of the Century” raved about Lee’s MIND methodology (Most Important Number and Drivers). Welch said, “It is the best business management operating system I have ever seen. Had I used it when running General Electric, our results would have been exponentially better.” Because you can’t scale complexity, the power lies in its simplicity.

In this breakthrough book get ready to:

  • Set your Most Important Number (MIN) so this new North Star empowers everyone on your team to move in the same direction.
  • Craft Drivers to improve your number so you create winning outcomes and results.
  • Do the right work at the right time so everyone knows how to contribute to your team's success.

Tap into this simple method to increase collaboration, achieve your strategy, and execute to win, starting today!

Brilliant — MUCH More Than Increased Profits

Lee takes a very complex subject and transforms it into an easily-digestible and simple framework that your organization can use to focus on the things that will make the BIGGEST impact. His examples come from proven strategies he has used to scale his own business and many others — and Lee’s methodology gets JAW-DROPPING results.

Lee consistently highlights how these results have impacted communities positively, creating camaraderie among employees when one is struggling personally or professionally. This is what makes his framework especially beautiful. It proves that shifts in your organization’s culture can ripple FAR BEYOND increased profits, making people happier and communities stronger. A truly brilliant book. Bravo.

The MIND method is simple to understand and implement. Get everyone involved, don’t assumed everyone everyone in your organization is pointed in the same direction. We just started implementing the strategy, team confidence, energy and overall company culture has gone to a new level. We can’t thank you enough. Great book!

Impactful

I spent nearly two decades growing up in this culture. I continue to carry this message and leadership style with me, long in my own career. To have it in book form and in a much more succinct message, it will definitely help and continue to spur the right type of change and ultimately accelerate the growth in our business. I have already sent it to my Sr. Leadership team for immediate review. Nice work Lee and ETW team!!

I wish you great success as always! Great book!
Reid

The best book on creating value in your business

The number of books on running a business, or management operating system is staggering. Your most important number stands above the rest in so many ways. It is practical, and applicable across seemingly any business and it is based on someone who has actually done it. Listening to Lee describe how he grew his company from a few people with a lot of debt into an international organization worth hundreds of millions of dollars is inspiring. Most importantly though, he lays out the methodology in a simple straightforward way that makes sense. Define your most important number, list the drivers you can leverage to help you get there and then make smart decisions on the right work to do to make it happen.
