Not bad
So, many beneficial 'takeaways' in this, yet the rest were just 'do this mumbo-jumbo' to get supposedly magic results. Life's too dynamic to believe the 'cure all' fantasy. I did enjoy many of the pointers however. Good listen for those wanting to feel better about life without wishing to make extreme changes.

Good!
2019 is my year for self improvement so I was really excited to get the opportunity to listen to this audio. This is one I'll listen to again, well worth the credit and packed with all kinds of helpful information and strategy. Narration was really well done.

Great ideas with Action Steps and Exercises
Great ideas, though to me they served more like reminders. Perhaps if I had this a while back, it could be more impactful to me personally. Still, I believe there would be a lot out there that could benefit from this book! what I like is that it suggests not grand/extreme ideas but actually small doable ones that can actually make a difference. Also, as this is a collection of four books, it is a great value. It would be more amazing if chapters were grouped together per book, so it would be easier to go back to specific book later on. This was a free copy for an unbiased review.

You Are Freaking Amazing
Earlier this year, I read the paperback version of this book, and I enjoyed it. When I got the opportunity to listen to the audiobook version, I knew I had to take it.
Great tips and tidbits of information throughout the four books combined in this one compilation.

Good
I got this set of books via audiobook boom and this is my voluntary review. The dual narrators kept me involved with the information. It is filled with tidbits and little nuggets of information that can help you change your life. It is not a one time listen. You will have to go back and listen again. Then bookmark certain spots so you can hear them over and over again.

Quick, practical and inspiring
i thoroughly enjoyed this four-book set of motivational books. I was worried the content would be philosophical woo-woo stuff, but the author provides insight that is simple yet thought provoking. The tips are practical and easy to incorporate into everyday life. I was inspired to make a few small changes and to reframe my perspective on things happening in my life right now.
The narrators were upbeat and engaging. I enjoyed listening to this audiobook because of their professional delivery.
If you aren't into heavy emotional analysis of life and self but want a bit of wisdom about life and self and others, this book is perfect. Great for teens as well.
