Drawing from his experiences and interviews with her, her family, closest friends, collaborators, and many others, Sheff shows us Yoko’s nine decades—one of the most unlikely and remarkable lives ever lived.

Great Book, Horrible Narrator
David Sheff writes about Yoko Ono with intimacy and respect. I learned so much about her life as an artist, and a thinker. Yoko deserves this reflective and careful look at her life and it's impact.
Read this one, and do not listen to the audio version. The narrator is really terrible. His Yoko voice is distracting and insulting, at best. There is a pomposity about the presentation of the material that is off putting and hammy. Why could they not just a hire and woman to narrate this book? Yoko deserved better.
