It was great, but I wanted more romance 😢
I loved the concept of the story, although I must admit I was slightly disappointed with the ending. It felt rushed, even for a novella. There was very little space for romance. ☹️
Nevertheless, I cannot deny the sheer brilliance of the writing, which is a trademark of Abby Jimenez's works. The dual narration by Zachary Webber and Andi Arndt was nothing short of perfection.

Please write the rest of this book, Abby Jimenez!
My favorite thing about Abby Jimenez’s books is that they capture your attention right from the beginning. There’s no ramp up period—I’m hooked from the start. Her characters are so relatable and I feel connected with them right away, even though this audiobook short story was only an hour long start to finish! I was so bummed when this short story ended, and I’m begging Abby Jimenez to write the rest of this book!
