Fantastic

I bought this book because I wanted to learn more about hormones. It was very quick and I finished it in 1 sitting. I liked how she had the quiz in the beginning of the book. It’s also filled with recipes and dozens of suggestions. I jotted them down but will but definitely purchase the paperback
