FMC is awful

the story and performance was great but the FMC was awful. completely selfish ungrateful women I have ever read

Slightly annoyed.

I really enjoyed this book. My only issue is that it ends on a cliffhanger. I try to know if a book is part of a series before I get it and didn’t see anywhere in description that it was. I will be trying to find the next book as I did enjoy it, but would have liked to know it was a series before I spent the credit on it.

Interesting

This story twists the typical shape shifter
fundamentals with a new character. Characters are developed and build to a “cliff hanger” ending. On to the second book.

The Story

Loved this story & how these two told the story, made it FUN & wanting more!! Will continue listening to the other books as well!

Wolf Kissed is Amazing

Cait is in Australia as a nanny, a world traveler. She is a free-spirited girl with pain and a past she is trying to hide from. As she is enjoying the beach, a pinch and mark suddenly appear on her wrist. She is approached by an unknown man. Things don't start out well for them. After an intense interaction, she consults her bestie about the new mark on her wrist. Cait is human. Embry her long-time besties, who she hasn't met in person, isn't, but she doesn't know that yet. After a strange conversation, Embry instructs Cait to come back to America and to her in Texas. When she arrives and finally sees Embry in person, her mystery man from Australia shows up too and not so welcoming. We find out his name is Roman. He is a wolf shifter and Alpha of the East Texas Pack. Roman gets an earful, and his parents include past info about a Luna Marked. Things get interesting for Cait and Roman.Heather did such an outstanding job building this world. she is such a talented author always writing such amazing books.The narrated did such an outstanding job performing this audiobook. Michelle did such an amazing job bringing Cait to life. Adam did such an outstanding job bringing Adam to life. i could not stop listening to this audiobook. i highly reccommand everyone to check this book out.

I need wolf taken to come out on audio

Well now I am stuck on the edge of my seat waiting to see what comes next.

Good book

Love this series so far, obviously the main female character is annoying and is being a pain, but aren’t they all. Still a great story line so far. On to the next book!!

Excellent narration; compelling lore and characters

Just like vampires, I love reading about werewolves and wolf shifters. But, Wolf Kissed is different than anything I’ve read in the genre, in a good way. I’m so intrigued by the fact that each wolf shifter has a wolf spirit inside them and the wolf spirit could have lived multiple lives before this current one. That’s just one aspect of the lore that I love already and am so intrigued by that I can’t wait to finish the whole series and dig into some of Heather Renee’s other books like her fae series. Fae and vampires were briefly mentioned in this one so I’m thinking it’s all one world or one universe that the author, Heather has created.

I felt for both Kate and Roman and saw their differences of opinion from each perspective they are written so well and feel so real. It’s not just the possible romance that’s intriguing, Heather does an excellent job writing about friendship too and I love the friendship btw Kate and Embrey so much!

About the narration, I loved it! I love that all the male lines are read by the male narrator. Most audiobooks the two narrators break it up by chapter and so the transitions can be jarring. Not so here we have clear distinctions between male and female characters because of the narration style. It’s excellent. I love both the voices but the male depiction of Romans voice with the deep boom to it is just perfect.
