I love reading a Rebecca Yarros book, especially a series, knowing that I will not be able to let it go and then listening to the book(s) and falling in love with them all over again! And Audiobooks are just so cool & so fun! I love enjoying my favorite books in both worlds! Anyways, I absolutely loved this! The narrators were perfect & the story was exciting, of course! I was totally engrossed in it & I loved how the narrators brought these 2 characters that I love, to life! This is the first time I have listened to Christian Fox narrate and just WOW. ❤️👏🏼🙌🏼 So perfect for Paxton who is, also, just WOW. 🖤 I will definitely be searching for more of his books. 😊

Nailed it!

Love this book! Had everything, adventures, adrenaline and romance! It's a must read, just hope the rest of this series is just as good! Time to find out!

Kisses Sizzle but Plot Fizzles

Wilder kicks off Rebecca Yarros' Renegade series with a sweet romance that has its share of flaws. While the overall story is enjoyable, the excessive descriptions of "dirty kisses" become repetitive, leaving you feeling like ok ok enough already.

The secret Paxton keeps from Leah is understandable, but its revelation feels about as well-explained as quantum physics to a toddler.

Despite these shortcomings, the book has its charms. The character development, particularly Leah's journey from wallflower to wonder woman, is noteworthy. However, the pacing issues and somewhat clumsy handling of the central conflict prevent Wilder from reaching its full potential. Fans of new adult romance may still find it an entertaining read, but be prepared for some frustrating moments and plot holes big enough to drive a truck through.

great book keep me listening the whole time. I loved the love story. keep me interested the whole entire time. I was reading it and listening to it.

Hits you with all the feels

This is one of those stories that definitely hits you with all the feels. There was plenty of action, a sexy and swoony Hero, a smart and strong heroine and a bit of mystery.
It is a great start to a series where you can’t help wanting to know more about all the supporting characters.
I listened to most of this on audiobook and really enjoyed the narration.

At first I was like oh man not another girl falling in love once she laid eyes on him….. but no way this was so much more so much more.

Exciting young adult book

Great book for young adults. Details a adrenaline fueled story. Overcoming tragedy, fear and falling in love.

Fun story

This was a fun story! It has a new scene and great cast of characters. She builds the story and characters well, great pace a mood. It’s a classic trope but told in a fresh way that was fun and enjoyable. I really appreciated that the story moved along and the main characters didn’t get bogged down with internal dialogue and perseverating on BS. The tension building was excellent between the main characters. I figured out the side story fairly early which was a bummer for me, so that was a bit predictable. The female narrator was ok. She has a great range of voices, however the voice of the main character was very nasally and my least liked voice style. The male narrator was good.

Renegade is a great name for this series

Renegade is a great name for the group these novels are written about! Lies are not great to tell and being cheated on and broken hearts suck but it’s great how all of the above turned out to be by fate and brought together a true Love/Loves!!! Another Spicy and action packed adventurous romance novel! I recommend this series for sure! I love Wilder and Leah!!

Exciting

I love the story line, the characters are so complex and interesting. The plot as always is unbelievable and there are always wow moments that I didn’t see at all. Can’t wait for the next books in the series.
