The world didn’t end with a bang.
It ended with a whisper—a faint signal from the heavens, a flicker on the screens of those who dared to look beyond the stars. The media ignored it. The government covered it up. But the sky… the sky never lies.
It started with seven. Seven colossal objects, drifting into our solar system, too large to be meteors, too perfect to be natural. They settled in the asteroid belt, massive and unmoving, their metallic bodies reflecting starlight like distant gods watching from a throne. The news called them a phenomenon. The authorities called for calm. But the air was electric with something ancient, something inevitable.
And then came the silence.
The satellites went first—blinking out one by one, leaving only chaos and rumors. Whispers of ships. Of something alive behind those cold, drifting monoliths. The internet screamed with theories: aliens, doomsday, salvation. But the networks—the ones we were supposed to trust—spoke only of peace, of patience.
They lied.
I remember where I was when the sky broke. Do you?
When the streets erupted in chaos. When neighbors turned to enemies. When soldiers marched under orders they didn’t understand. Families scattered, friends vanished, and the thin mask of society slipped away to reveal something primal underneath—fear, rage, and the fight to survive.
But the truth didn’t come from the mouths of politicians or generals. It came from voices like mine—from those who refused to be silenced. We broke through their static, through their lies. And we told the world: It’s coming. Get ready.
