Loved it!

I am always looking for new authors to love reading and listening to. This is a great story and I will definitely be listening to it again. Lori Prince is my favorite narrator, she brings each character to life in their own way.

Engaging and Sweet

I really enjoyed this production. The storyline was engaging, sweet, and an easily consumable length. I loved “Those who Wait” by Haley Cass with the narration by Lori Prince and was worried I might be let down by this story because the other was so good. This was definitely worthwhile and would absolutely recommend.

Best Holiday Romance Ever

Nothing about this book is over the top or cliché. It’s honestly SO GOOD. Give it a shot and you most definitely will not be disappointed. The only downside is you will be hoping and wishing it were also a movie. Beautiful job by Haley Cass.

Fantastic

I’ve read another book by Haley Cass(Those Who Wait) and she’s quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. Her lead characters in both are strong and independent and appreciate those facts in each other. It’s so easy to get wrapped up in this love story because of the thoughtful way Cass writes. You fall in love with the characters as they’re falling in love with each other. I couldn’t stop listening. Fantastic book all around.

This is one of my favorite romances of all time.
I can’t believe this story exists and I get to reread it whenever I want.

I enjoyed Lori Prince’s interpretation of Caroline’s earnestness. Hannah’s voice didn’t always match how I’d imagined her character, but the love confession scene is probably the best I’ve ever read, and her narration was excellent.

Simply incredible writing. Cass writes character and timelines the plot like an absolute pro! After reading Those Who Wait, this book is somehow even better. Every single thing about this author’s writing is gut-wrenchingly superb. I never wanted it to end.

Slow burn, but...

It was nice to listen to a story that actually gives the characters a chance to get to know each other before delaring their undying love. A relationship built on friendship, mutual appreciation, more than just sexual attraction as well as adults making clear-headed decisions.

Good

It followed the formula - slow burn, ignition, problem, resolved. But it was well done and believable. The main characters (and kid) were likable. I think there is an opportunity for an in-depth sequel. If Michael has more money than God, he could create some problems that need resolving.

Good if you like the author.

I liked this one a fair bit. This author is always fairly reliable to tell a good story. Nothing ground breaking to it, just very down to earth. Also this one of the narrators better performances reading. Still consider listening to the sample first.
