This book covers a wide range of topics on emotional health. I highly recommend for both male and female genders to read. Great information about the importance of setting boundaries to protect yourself and others. My husband and I attended a marriage recovery intensive with Dr. Hawkins and was very pleased with the communication skills we learned while there. marriage recovery center.

I highly recommend this book!! I didn’t think it would even apply to me, but everything made so much sense after listening to this book. If you’re married to a stronger, louder, more opinionated spouse, it’s like turning a lightbulb on in your relationship, especially if you’re a quieter reserved type person.

What an honest, eye opening book on narcissism and abuse. I related to so much of the content. I’m thankful that the author gave specific examples of behaviors and steps to take to change and get healthy.
