The begining is a vocabulary builder, which is helpful or you can skip to very helpful speeking tips and motivation from Nido Qubein, Brian Tracy, Chris Widener, etc...Well worth it!

I dont know!

This audio book is too much like reading a dictionary. The words are just read to you along with the meaning and synonyms so it's boring to listen to. It feels like you are just studying for the SAT. I am not sure if I will be able to retain most of the words, I find myself drifting!

Read a dictionary instead.

For those of you that are able to read a dictionary without stopping, and understand it, then this is your piece of pie.

For the rest of us, there are far better programs available for being able to actually comprehend the words, and being able to use them in a conversation. I would recommend Word Smart by Adam Robinson and Julian Fleisher over this production.

not practical

I bought this AB thinking that it would be informative or at least entertaining. Well, it's neither. The speaker is just reading a list (kind of a dictionary list) so it is IMPOSSIBLE for you to catch or learn anything. I started pausing and then checking the dictionary but imagine doing this with 2 hours of listed words.
If it were accompanied by an e-book it might have been useful cz you might learn a list and then listen to the audio book to revise them NOT to learn them. Very bad.
