I would have given it five stars except the main male character was so cruel to his wife - hit her, raped her, laughed at her, flaunted his "lover" in front of her and everything else repulsive. It was very hard to like him at all and hard to understand why the heroine loved him. The book held my interest however, kind of like a train wreck.Kept my interest
