About this listen

The end? This is just the beginning.

Winning seems like a far-off dream. Something that happened a lifetime ago, to someone else.

Now, I don't even recognize myself. This hunger inside of me demands to be fed, but the need to save my people is stronger.

It'll come down to us versus them, but the problem is which side am I really on? And will I be able to live with myself when it is all over? Living with regret is even harder when you have eternity to remember.

An exciting & enjoyable read

My ninth read/listen from author Erin Bedford. The eagerly awaited third book in The Crimson Fold series. When I got this book I immediately started reading it. Another wonderfully crafted captivating read, purported to be a re-written fairy tale, but I don’t see it, the storyline continued to reveal & evolve throughout the length of the book with a cliff-hanger ending that leaves no doubt that there'll be another in the series. The voice inflections of the narrator added greatly to my enjoyment of the book & were such that I can’t imagine just reading it. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

A Great Listen

I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, and found it very entertaining. Clara escapes the Vampires and hides in the Glade with her father, as she adjusts to her new life. As she has planned, she starts a revolution. Things don't exactly go like she planned though and she learns things aren't always as they appear. A very good finish, all the questions are answered and you're left feeling satisfied.

A nice easy read

This book is easy and interesting to read. The narration was excellent and very pleasant to listen to. The only complaint that I might have is I wish that the author would have put these books together outside of that it was extremely enjoyable. was provided this book at no cost to me for an unbiased review

wonderful 3rd book in the series (sad to see it en

I loved getting the final chapter in Clara's story. Getting to find out what kind of guy that Patrick really is and just how wonderful he can actually be. I loved the feeling of the calm before the storm this book gave me. I do wish that there had been more on the after, but you never know we may get a short story or a spin off series.
Melissa did an amazing job narrating this story. I already love it, but she gave it new life for me.
