Pure Emotion

The story I didn’t see coming or knew I needed! Adam and Rosie’s story was so emotional and relatable!

Adam *swooon*

I knew from the beginning of the series that Adam’s love story would be my favorite by far! From the pure gentleness this man has in every story he gets me every time! The rough background, being brought up in the system just to turn around and give back and worship the kids who are going through similar situations he went through literally was the best part of the story. The loving somebody else’s kid right off the back was just as much heart filling! Can not wait for the next one.

One of the most wholesome books I have ever read!!! The characters are so amazing!

Cute but long

I thought it was cute, pretty cheesy but a great read none the less! I love how Becca incorporates all the other characters and how they continue to grow even outside of their books.

Each book was better than the last!

This book…this book wrecked me. I’ve had it FOREVER (even own 2 physical copies original & special edition of all 3 books out so far) and STILL never got around to it sooner. Not sure what my impetuous was for the delay but so glad I finally got back to it.
This book easily slid into one of my favorites without a doubt. The realness was so powerful that I FELT THIS BOOK deep in my psyche. So many parallels with my own life (ones I wasn’t even aware of to bookt) the rawness and vulnerability both these characters showed…😮‍💨completely släyed my heart.
The story was so rich I was pulled in right away and as it grew and flourished we got to have the entire family from the other stories here too! This family is THE best “made” family around. They show up for each other with fierce protectiveness and will defend like a momma bear if threatened.
Then of course there was the chemistry 😮‍💨😝🥵🔥Just give me an ice bath now because if you’ve ever read a book by Beck’s Mack you KNOW the spïce levels are off the charts hot!! I blushed my way through many a scene and they were plentiful but did not overpower the story, that was important as there was so much to be said.
Speaking of said, of course I listened as well as read, doing my BEST to slow it down and savor the moment as it’s the last book (currently) out. That didn’t work as well as I planned as Alex Kydd and Kasha Kensington embodied the characters really well as always.
All in all, this book has made a special place for itself in my heart and I appreciate every single word of this story. An all time favorite without a doubt.

I cried so much!!

This is my favorite book in the Vancouver Vipers series! I loved Rosie and Adam’s stories. And I was so looking forward to Adam’s happy ending. It was much better than I was expecting it to be. And I didn’t expect to cry as much as I did reading this book!!

Plus Alex Kydd and Kasha Kensington are a bonus!! They embodied the characters so well!! Perfect casting.

One of the best books I’ve read in a while

I knew from the first book that I would not only love this series, but be obsessed with Adam. It is definitely my favorite in the series. Can’t wait for the next one. These are soooo dang good if you love a hockey romance.

Becka Mack POURED HER HEART into this book!

Might be my new favorite book. a tear jerker and very well written. i loved the first two in the playing for keeps series, but this one has topped those two with no trouble. ABSOLUTE MUST!!!

And it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!
To say I’m obsessed is an understatement!
I can’t even count how many times I cried listening to this book (and I’m not a big cryer)
It was seriously hands down THE BEST BOOK iv read, I was so sad as the last chapter started knowing it was over!!😭
I freaking pray that we get one more book about Jackson to end this incredible series….maybe even read as a DUET ? That would be 💋🤌🏼
