Emotional

This was an intense and incredibly emotional story.
Otto & Raven have both suffered through the same trágedy but from different perspectives, they both have great & pain from their loss.
Otto has always been there for Raven, keeping her Sage, and bringing her peace.
The absolute love & chemistry between these two is intense & beautiful.
This age gap, brothers best friend, forced proximity, romance was so intense & beautiful. I love the relationship between them, how Otto tried so hard to resist, but couldn’t. He was head over heels for her, protecting her, giving her peace & loving her fully.

Under an Endless Moon is full of dark twists and turns, deep devotion, and intense sexual chemistry.  Raven and Otto have been in each other’s lives for years.  As her older brother’s friend, he had watched over her when she was a child.  Now she’s grown into a strong, independent woman in spite of the trauma she’d experienced and neither of them can continue denying the attraction growing between them.  But can Otto protect her from the danger that’s hunting her and the darkness that drives him to seek revenge?
 
Desiree Ketchum’s performance was so good not only with Raven’s many layers throughout the timeline, but as all the guys.  Her man voice is spot on!  Connor Crais sank deep into Otto’s persona to give the perfect “burly bear” vibe to his performance.
 
With that bomb dropped at the end of the epilogue I cannot wait for the next book in this series!

I loved book one of the series and this book did not disappoint! Otto and Raven killed it and I cannot wait for the next book.

This is narrated in dual by Desireé Ketchum and Connor Crais. These two were perfect in bringing Raven and Otto’s passion, angst, and forbiddeness to life. They complement each other flawlessly, making this an even more immersive and unforgettable aural experience. They are a duo not to be missed!

Desireé Ketchum’s versatility created an emotionally gripping and engaging listen, with a knack for bringing our strong, complex Raven to life that had a natural, immersive flow. Desireé’s uncanny ability to capture Raven’s soft vulnerability yet fierce determination showcases her undeniable talent when voicing this strong, resilient, fierce woman. And she effortlessly switches between characters, making dialogue easy to follow.

Connor Crais’ deep, emotive voice was superb for our dominant and brooding Otto. He definitely brought the passion, intense emotions, from tension to tenderness, and of course, the steam making scenes feel so authentic. Connor excelled amazingly with the angst, forbidden love, and high stakes throughout this story. You could hear the fierce protectiveness and unwavering love Otto had for Raven through Connor’s impeccable delivery. And the back and forth of will they or won’t they....had me devouring this book!

5 Their Love is Endless Stars!!

With this second book in this amazing series, we get so much backstory on Raven and Otto. I can completely understand the protectiveness that was displayed in book one and this book too. And talk about breaking me… there were moments while listening to the amazing narration of Connor Crais and Desiree Ketchum that I had to stop what I was doing because it was so overwhelming.

Ms. Jackson has written a story that is gripping yet filled with tender moments that had me swooning. There are so many layers to Otto and his love for this woman that is completely off limits because he’s his best friend’s little sister. But their bond started so many years ago that as Raven has matured it’s become difficult for both of them to ignore. When Raven comes home one day, the home she shares with her brother and his family and she witnesses the unthinkable, IYKYK, it’s time for Raven to get her own place and this when things really get interesting for Otto and Raven.

I loved the witty banter between these two. Their ease of conversation is counterbalanced with some awkward moments but fit with their story so well. As we delve into the past and Otto one night helps Raven their relationship changes, but can it be as they say… for just a while? There’s an internal war within them both, but their chemistry is THROUGH THE ROOF HOT!! Mr. Crais and Ms. Ketchum had me enthralled throughout the audiobook, but the very emotional scenes along with these spicy moments left me gasping.

This book is so much more than I expected and the emotional journey I went on is one that will stick with me for a long time to come. There are consequences for actions but also redemption and forgiveness that makes unrequited love beautiful and exactly what Otto and Raven need and deserve.

The attraction he tries to hide comes back with her near. He agrees to make her forget her demons even for only one night. Otto is willing to break every rule to keep her. Only no one knows they both have a dark, dangerous history that's coming back to haunt them.

This is book 2 in the Moonlit Ridge series and can be read as a standalone. I loved this book so much!! I loved Otto and Raven! After a tragic past Otto seeks revenge unbeknownst to his crew. The pain and heartache he went through was so sad. I understood his overprotectiveness over Raven. Raven was such a fighter. Despite her demons she wanted to feel alive. I loved her passion for her career and her love for her family. Her dynamic with Otto was so real and natural.

Most recently I listened to the audiobook and it's fantastic! Performed in dual by Connor Crais and Desiree Ketchum. These two were perfect as Otto and Raven. They embodied their characters and brought them to life. Connor captured Otto's broodiness with a deep tone. Desiree captured Raven's sass and fun side. As the story unfolds and we learn more about Otto and Raven's dark pasts their tones were more emotional. The big reveal of the tragedy had me tearing up. Connor and Desiree give a captivating performance you don't want to miss!

Under an Endless Moon is the 2nd book to the Moonlit Ridge series. This is a brother's best friend, age gap, roommates to lovers, touch her and die vibes romance. I loved Otto and Raven, their story was so good. The past and present makes their story so much more special. This series is by far my favorite by AL Jackson and I can't wait for the next book.

Otto & Raven

We are back in Moonlit Ridge and I loved every second of it. Raven and Otto's story was highly anticipated and had me locked in from the start. They have been in each other's lives for a long time, and Otto is like a big brother to Raven. As they got older, the nature of their relationship changed. When Raven is ready to move out from under her brother's watchful eye and be on her own, Otto steps in to offer her a place to stay. Raven is forbidden, but being in a shared space makes it hard for them to fight their feelings. I fell completely in love with this couple. They are so perfect for each other. I love nothing more than a grumpy, morally grey man who is down bad for a woman.

Otto is protective and will do anything to make sure Raven is taken care of. The way he showed his love for Raven had me absolutely melting. I love Raven! She is fierce and definitely holds her own. People underestimate her, but she is strong and is a survivor. I loved witnessing their relationship grow. The tension, angst, and slow burn were delicious. Raven knew what she wanted and refused to let Otto push her away. I truly could not get enough of these two together. Raven and Otto's story had me giddy, and the suspense had me on the edge of my seat. The ending made my jaw hit the floor! What a story! This is the perfect forbidden, age gap, brother's best friend romance. I can't wait for the next book in this series!

Desiree Ketchum and Connor Crais. Enough said. Their performances were so good! Desiree and Connor ARE Raven and Otto. They fully embodied these characters and brought them to life in the best way. I could feel all of the angst, tension, and undeniable chemistry between Raven and Otto. Desiree and Connor are an amazing narrating duo and I had a wonderful time listening to this audio.

My New Favorite AL Jackson Book!

Raven and Otto. My beautifully broken, scarred, and perfect, Raven and Otto. Both characters have been through immense loss, hurt, and unimaginable pain that many will never understand. And after rescuing Raven from a horrible situation, Otto makes a promise to River to always look out for his younger sister. That promise was easier to keep when they weren’t living under the same roof.

Raven is a strong, beautiful, and feisty FMC. Her past doesn’t define who she is today, and all she wants is to experience life and find happiness. I ADORED how once she made up her mind to pursue Otto, she kept him UP ON HIS TOES. Whew.

And Otto. Otto is protective fiercely loyal, and afraid to let himself have the HEA he so truly deserves. Who doesn’t love a growly, dirty talking, motorcycle riding MMC?!

I loved this book from start to finish, and was thrilled to be able to listen and read together. Performed in dual narration, Connor Crais and Desiree Ketchum were the perfect choices to bring this book to life! The emotion, personality, and undeniable heat between these two was scorching! Well done, AL Jackson, I am beyond excited to see what you bring us for book 3!

Exceptional forbidden romance!!

Under An Endless Moon, an Audiobook by A.L. Jackson is the tantalizing story of Otto and Raven. She’s my best friend’s sister and needs a place to stay. He foolishly offers up a room in my space. She’s sweet and innocent and he wants to protect her…but, he also wants more. There’s also something dark and sinister that she fears…and he has to protect her against everything. Incredibly, dark, dangerous, exciting, and forbidden romance!!

This Audiobook was narrated by Connor Crais and Desiree Ketchum who beautifully capture all of the angst, fear, danger, and romantic pull between these two fantastic characters!! She wants so much since she’s been so sheltered. He wants her and hates himself for it. But, the pull may be more than either can resist!! Excellent story!!!
