Topics covered are essential when conducting interviews
I am a private investigator and just took a 3 day class (April 2024), taught by Mike Ruggiero that covered outline of this book. This book was a great resource following the class. Mike Reggierro was a dynamic speaker and effective teacher. The book provides numerous examples of how statement analysis and body language can be used in numerous types of investigations. I highly recommend taking Mike Ruggiero's class too.
