A girly, simplistic story

I'm probably not the target audience, based on book database rating I expected a better story. classic clichés, flat characters.

Couldn't stop listening

I loved the story and the narrator was excellent! Only a few chapters in I got so invested in this fantasy world and finished it in two days (I still had to study a bit in between...). If you love fantasy mixed with cunning drama, a dash of romance and a great bunch of fight scenes, you need to get this book.
Okay, I'm off to get the next one.

Lovely ride

This was a lovely adventure. Suspense, drama, character development, intrigue. Engaging but easy listening. There was a moment or two where the paradox of the assassin vs innocent girl was a bit unrealistic but not to the degree that I would highly recommend this book.

I enjoyed the book very much. It was full of intrigue, otherworldly interactions and a bit of romance.
The performance was good, but sadly I didn’t like Dorian’s voice.

I really like this narrator, so after reading crescent city I came here. i do like more the male figures caracterizarion here.

First fantasy - loved it!!

Never really been into fantasy before but really enjoyed this and looking forward to the next one

This was okay.
I had a time getting into the story, but it got good in the end. So I am going to continue with the series for now.

Team the prince

I don’t like like that she is out of nowhere interested in the guard. I’m not happy about that. I’m team the prince all the way. The main character is pissing me off.

Great Adventure! Loved the Characters and the trill of this book! Consistent plot and well written! Definitely a great start for this saga
