That was something

what a crazy ride. This was so dark and twisted. The twists were shocking too

I am not easily disturbed but this was disturbing. None stop violence and rape. I ended up fast forwarding quite a bit. This story made me sick to my stomach and was deeply depressing. Maybe I’m just weak but this is the most disturbing book I’ve purchased so far and I listen to at least 3 books a week for the past 3 years now. With that being said, it was very interesting and definitely kept my attention.

A sick story.

This is a dark, shocking psychological troubling thriller! Oh, my. Child abuse leads to many problems. So much sick violence. The plot twists just kept turning. It blew my mind.
Don't start reading/listening until you have the time. I was up all night! You can't put this one down.
I was gifted an Audible version of this book from the author through Story Origin.
The narrator was very good. She had good male/female voices. Didn't over act the characters. Just presented this sick story.

Well, didn't see that coming!

wow, this is full of triggers for those that aren't ok with them steer clear because this is all sorts of jacked up mind twisting going on. I suggest you listen to this at 1.15x otherwise it will go real slow.

Fans of Karin Slaughter will enjoy. This audiobook was better as it went.
Tone of book centers on multiple personalities- which author did with ease
Bill is a who is married to Ashley. Bill has a hobby that is dangerous and wrong
After suffering a tragic loss - Ashley’s personality changes - but it is not the first time.
Book has an ending that will deliver a gut punch -it is up to reader whether or not it’s survivable

Slow narration

is the producer or the narrator on Xanax? First this author produced two books 2 months apart. There’s got to be a ghost writer at work here. Secondly I couldn’t stand to listen to it at normal speed. It sounded like she was talking at 1/4 speed. I could only handle it at 1.5 speed but after a few chapters of hearing about people getting hacked up I couldn’t take it any longer. If you like violence God bless this is the book for you.
