What did I just read???? This was such a great book - I’ll be thinking about this book for a long long time!!! If you’re looking for a great listen and crazy twists, I can’t recommend this book enough! I follow Caleb Crowe on Facebook and could not wait to listen to this book - it’s everything everyone promised!!! Well done Mr. Crowe!

Too much gore and animal abuse, not my cup of tea.

The story was decent and held my attention, however, as an avid animal advocate, the animal abuse parts really disturbed me.
I can always handle bad people getting their comeuppance, actually, I enjoy that, but this book turned into a gore fest I had not anticipated,
I am a huge dog lover and as such, did not like the parts the dogs played in this book.
Had I realized that before I started, I probably would not have listened to it.
The narrator did a good job and was easy to listen to,
I love a good thriller, this, however, was a bit too much gore for my taste.

Loved it!

This was my first Caleb Crowe book and I loved it! His writing style is quick and witty and the story kept me hooked the whole time. I can't wait to read his other books now!

Plan on staying up late for this one!

This was my first Caleb Crowe book and it will certainly not be the last. Fabulous character development with some I loved and some I despised. It's always nice to have at least one to root for and one to hate, lol! There were enough twists and turns to keep it constantly evolving, enough humor to make me smile often, and some totally unexpected outcomes to keep me guessing. The story of diabolical neighbor Ron, his airhead wife, and the curious couple next door who end up in Ron's hostile sights, was extremely well written and thoroughly enjoyable. In addition, author Caleb Crowe, personally participates in many social media platforms with one on one interactions with fans. His dark humor and sarcastic wit is an absolute treat! Very easy to follow, very very few characters. Not totally believable but not far fetched. Enjoyed the setting and narration was great.
