Current day. Historical past. Haunting
I found another author that I enjoy. I thought the narrator did a fine job. Easy listening to. The historical heroine was beautifully written. The current day heroine I thought behaved as a twenty something instead of a woman in her late 30 years . I wanted to slap her! However about midway through she matured to where she seemed more of a woman with better insight. Her ghostly roommate will break your heart!

Captivating
I’ve recently discovered Ms Collins’ work. They’re so good. This is the second book that I’ve listened to and I enjoyed it just as much as the first. The story brought tears to my eyes and I look forward to another read.

Beautiful Story
The story is beautiful even if, in my opinion, it starts out quite slow and some characters are not really interesting. The story of the 2 women is surprisingly similar in some aspects but that wasn't necessarily an issue. Overall the narration is great and the story was good enough to keep me listening until the end.
