Amazing story lots of action and character development. Very similar to the writing style of Joe Abercrombie, I wouldn’t be surprised if this author is a pseudonym for Joe Abercrombie. I look forward to the rest of this series.

It can be frustrating trying to find a new series that is well written and performed. This has great promise. The only thing I do not like is having g to wait for the next book. Pacey is excellent as usual.

Authors debut!!!?!? No way!

Such a great story. I can’t wait for the rest of the series. And of course Stephen Pacey is an absolute legend. After I listen to the first law series I started just searching Stephen Pacey name. That’s how I found this book lol.

An engaging story well performed

Pacey is an amazing narrator suited for a great story like this. I'm really excited to see where this saga goes.

Very good but a little short

Very nice story, interesting characters, and imaginative world building. This first book of the series felt a little short however. As far as narration goes all I can say is that it’s impeccable. Steven Pacey is a master!

Sequel please

A well-crafted story by a talented writer. Narration by Mr Pacey is (as always) excellent. Looking forward to the sequel!

Just when I was going to give up on this genre I saw this book! Steven Pacey brings the story to life, he is a master of narration. Can’t wait for book 2!!

Fabulous Book

This was a well written and Steven Pacey delivers another great performance. I look forward to reading more from this author hopefully Mr Wall will continue to use Mr Pacey
