As one of New York's top sex therapists, Dr. Morgan Snow sees everything from the abused to the depraved. From high-profile clients with twisted obsessions to courageous survivors, the Butterfield Institute is the sanctuary to heal battered souls.
Morgan Snow's newest patient is a powerful, influential man - secretly addicted to watching Internet Web cam pornography. He's not alone in his desires. She's also working with a group of high school teenagers equally and dangerously obsessed with these real-time fantasies - fantasies that are all too accessible.
Then the woman start dying online, right in front of their eyes. Now it's all about murder.

Another one that I enjoyed listening to

Basically what I got was an attempt at socially acceptable erotica, an attempt at a meaningful relationship (mother/daughter, lovers, exes), and faux mystery/thriller.
Our top cop is perfect. He is sensitive, strong, smart, rich, handsome, understanding (mostly) and perfect perfect perfect. Our heroine is tortured in her relationship with her daughter (who of course is a Broadway star with constant Hollywood offer - excellent ones that she's not allowed to take and not even allowed to discuss with her parents.)
Frankly, I am shocked that a trained therapist would so disregard anyone's feelings that there wouldn't at least be discuss with regard to such excellent opportunities for a move forward in a profession so obviously desired by the child.
These people, their problems are cliché.
The serial killings merely a backdrop attempt at some erotica (vanilla) followed by death.
Not my thing.
Mystery or Thriller? No
