This book is just awesome. Raw honesty, no fillers, straight to the point style. Loved it!

Worth every minute of listening

I don’t agree 100% with everything said, but the book is loaded with essential advice for single men. Whether you want to get married or are just tired of women walking all over you, playing you, cheating on you and discarding you, this book has a lot to learn from and I’ll be going back and listening to it at least another round.

Revisiting this book.

Definitely far better value on a second listen. There’s so many gems of wisdom throughout that you overlook. As you build yourself some of the advice just makes sense. Mr. Cooper is as integral as his message, thank you.

Vital life lessons for men

I learned about Rich from his YouTube channels. I found him to be a source of wisdom and much truth, with a great fitting World View model. This book is a distilled and easy to understand version of how the world works which I recommend to any man, especially in the early 20s. I will use the wisdom from this book to help my son and my daughter navigate the world. Be warned: even if you think you understand the contents of book from the first read, it takes years to fully comprehend the depth and the consequences of this hard truth.

A must read/listen for all men

Very important book!

This is the book that all men should read, to be prepared for what comes later and to win in life. My life would have been very different if I had gained the insight that the book provides, 30 years ago. This book tells you how to use your energy, what you should focus on, how you should take care of yourself, how to avoid bad decisions, in order to have a successful life. In the middle of life, I still benefit greatly from the contents of the book. The best thing I can do now is to make sure that my children get the knowledge that this book contains.

The book ensures that you no longer need to be angry or frustrated with women, because the book provides a very useful and in-depth insight into female nature. You will learn when and why women tell the truth and why they lie.

We live in difficult times today. There are a lot of moving parts. There are many pieces to these puzzles that guys are dealing with. Life is too short to make all the mistakes yourself. That is why you should read this book.

Well in tune and succint

On a time when every other person is an expert on something it is refreshing to find someone willing to put pen to paper on experiences lived and not write an 800 pages book. Quite a good read that helped reframe my mindset and catch myself slipping on the slippery slope of s..ttests and betalization by a thousand concessions.
