Acerca de esta escucha

In a world where even the smallest and most remote village is being terrorized by the monsters that stalk the night, there is a hamlet, prosperous and peaceful, where mortals and vampires have lived in harmony for years. It is there that seventeen-year-old Sheavil Schmidt has slept, neither waking nor aging, for thirty years since first receiving the vampire's immortal kiss. The mysterious Vampire Hunter D is lured to the tranquil oasis by recurrent dreams of the beautiful, undying girl bathed in an eerie blue light and dancing in a ghostly chateau.

Performed by Scott McCormick, David Cui Cui, Jefferson A. Russell, Debi Tinsley, Ken Jackson, Tuyet Thi Pham, Jeri Marshall, Terence Aselford, Duyen Washington, Torian Brackett, Zeke Alton, James Lewis, Dawn Ursula, Brandon Burton, KenYatta Rogers, James J. Johnson and Julienne Irons.

the story is pretty surreal, but this is what we're here for on vampire Hunter d. if you're reading this review clearly you're a fan. lol.

absolutely love it

Brilliant and unique. One of the best yet in the series. Can’t wait to read more

Masterpiece

Production is great, literally like a movie in my mind. The author seems to always have a template of a 18 yo girl in the mix but this story was very surreal and I also like that nobilities are just merely a plot to further make story moving as oppose to be having vampires as actual characters.

Blue or red pill

I had previously listened to the regular recordings of these books with a single performer. This is a neat concept but the main narrator/performer is very difficult to listen to.

The narrator is frustrating

A new adventure for D and new puzzles that just stack on top of more puzzles. More cerebral than more of D's adventures, this is another excellent tale from the mind of Hideyuki Kikuchi.

A Masterful Production

I love the franchise, but this is my least favorite entry. Manga version was no better. Next entry is great, though.

Most of the books up until now have been pretty lore heavy,in some way expanding our knowledge of the vampire hunter universe . This book is a bit insulated. I don't think you'll learn that much more about the world if you listen. But it's still a high quality story that forces you to follow closely to get what's going on.

Feels like a filler. Good story with a complex narrative but doesn't add much depth to the world
