Es entstehen zwei Lager: Gut und Böse, die am Ende in einem apokalyptischen Gefecht um das Schicksal der Menschheit aufeinandertreffen.
"The Stand" gehört zu Kings umfangreichsten Werken. Dem Sprecher David Nathan ist es zu verdanken, dass während der mehr als 54 Stunden Spieldauer des Hörbuchs keine Längen entstehen. Ihm gelingt es, die einzelnen Personen und ihre inneren Konflikte eindringlich darzustellen. Language not clear. Waste of money!
It wasn’t clear this was not English. Very frustrating. Audible trial wasted. Need a clear path to fix this problem.

I didn't get passed 1 minute of it.
I should have checked what language it is in. I couldn't understand what was being said. This is and was totally my error.

Thought it was in English
Thought this was in English and purchased it by mistake. I’m irritated that it wasn’t marked clearly enough. Wish I could trade it in on something I can actually understand. It was my fault but it was also a waste of money.

Wanted English version
wasn't able to enjoy the book. It was in foreign language. I would gift to someone if I knew someone who could understand the language. If I would be able to exchange to English version would be awesome.
