Great book, written in a way that’s easy for anyone to understand

I think this book is a great, simplified combination of cognitive behavioral therapy meets personality assessment. It’s definitely not therapy but I think it could benefit anyone and help them understand why they do the things they do and why they think the way they think. It’s written in a way that’s very easy to understand and it isn’t too repetitive and doesn’t make you feel like you’re wasting time. Five stars.
