Learning how to manage stress is very beneficial if we try to decrease the amount of stress in our lives by putting our selves first. This audio aids as a preventative for women to better manage stress in their lives.
In addition, it explains that less should be more. In other words, slow things down and take time to breathe and smell the roses. That way we are better fully aware and open to be our best selves to our selves and others, therefore managing stress in a healthier and not burnt out getting sick and being unhappy way.
This is a wonderful way to listen to managing stress.

This is a great stress management guide. The author does a great job discussing many of the stressors that women tend to have and how they can be overwhelming over time. Empowering, Relatable, a Must READ!
This book is so relatable and inspiring! I connected right away with the book and enjoyed listening! The “bucket of water” example totally hit home for me! Because if you don’t ever empty the bucket with “stress-reducing activities,” it only takes one “drop” to push you over the “proverbial edge.” Yep been here! Thank goodness Merilu helps us learn how to increase the “size of our bucket” and “lower the water” within the bucket so we can manage the stress. So some of us are overachievers; ok, a LOT of us are overachievers who DO too much and end up here! As the statistics show, Merilu points out! I’m grateful to have listened to this book and for its reminder of all the ways I can healthily take care of myself to reduce and prevent the stress in my life and help those around me!
