I love Deepak Chopra's messages, so I'm biased. Other than that, his meditations and thoughts on love are on point. It gave me some things to think about and reminded me of others that I had forgotten. It was a treat to listen to him read too...his voice is very soothing :). Loved this book.Excellent as always :)
