A good book but quite sad at times

I found the narration in this book to be done very well. I enjoyed the main characters, but the story was sad and depressing as there was suicide and characters who struggle as a result of it. I listened while in my car for only short periods of time and I was okay with it. It might be quite emotional if you try to sit and listen to the whole story at once.
Some may find the doctor and patient relationship on the taboo side.
Overall I was satisfied with my time spent listening to this novel.

Narrator is horrible.

There was no emotion in the narrators voice. It made the story dull and less than mediocre.

Quick sappy enjoyable read

Though the narrators voice was annoying, and the story, at times very cliche I enjoyed the black lesbian romance of it all. There were parts that were surprisingly engaging and tender. He love story of Mia and Danielle was cheesy in all the best ways. An easy romance novel listen.

Boring, Unbelievable

I only finished this story because I paid for it! They became way too invested in each other and entirely too fast. It was annoying to say the least. Unrealistic and drawn out. They kept repeating theirselves and it was unnecessary.

narrator

The way the Narrator reads the story makes it really hard to listen to this book.
