Promising Start

I received this audio book free of charge so that I could provide an honest review. This is an enjoyable fantasy book with a good narrator. It was somewhat short however and the ending was quite abrupt. It seemed just as I was starting to warm up to the story it ended and I do not know when the next book will be forthcoming.

Excellent start

This is a great start to what seems to be a great little story. Characters seem to be developing well some much deeper then others. A little confusing at the end being it ended way to abruptly which I can't fathom why? But over all loved the narrative even. Can't wait to hear the rest. Received this book at no charge for an honest opinion.

There Be Dragons!

Any additional comments?

I received this audiobook for free in exchange for an honest review.

The set up of this book is incredible. The world and the culture is established and the characters roles within the world are explained almost immediately. However, the pace of the novel seems a bit off. Despite this, it was a very good novella.

Excellent Start

Would you consider the audio edition of The Queen's Reflection to be better than the print version?

I have not read the print version but the audiobook version was very good.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Queen's Reflection?

It was a good short story.

Which character – as performed by Nancy Peterson – was your favorite?

Puck

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Too short to make that decision. This seemed like the first two chapters of a long book.

I love the whole new mix and great beginning

I really enjoyed listening to Nancy read. She took a bunch of characters and gives them their own voices and gives the story the extra something it deserves. Terry wrote an awesome book that's got its own unique feel. I love how there's some feel of mystery mixed in with the adventure. I love how there are nits and pieces pulled from other stories and all mixed together into something completely new and unique.

Delicious Tale...makes you want more...NOW

Would you consider the audio edition of The Queen's Reflection to be better than the print version?

This is a series that I would love to read along with the narration. Double the enjoyment!

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Queen's Reflection?

I enjoyed the entire story. Heath packs so much in such little time. I could feel Puck's timidness and feelings of low self-esteem. I loved how evil Hesperus and Phospherus are! I was so sad to have reached the end of this first installment.

Have you listened to any of Nancy Peterson’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I LOVE Ms. Peterson. Her performance was perfect. I was transported to the Castle and the surrounding woods. Thank you. I look forward to returning....soon.

A Magical Curse..

Any additional comments?

This story centers around the main character, Puck, and his quest to stop the "evil" Queen.

The story line has a quick pace and decent characters.

Overall, an adventurous read filled with magic and dragons geared towards children and pre-teens.

Nancy Peterson did well with the narration.

Entertaining First Book

Any additional comments?

I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher. I enjoyed the 1st book of this series. It was easy to follow, kept you interested, and made me want to grab the second book. My only problem with it kept switching back and forth between the hero and villain. Listening to it was a bit harder for me because of this. Any time I paused and came back it took me a while to remember who was speaking. Overall it was an enjoyable book. The issue I had didn't take away from the overall experience. Can't wait to find book two.
