The storyline was engaging and interesting, and although a bit predictable, I loved the central characters and the way the authors made them react to poor behaviour. I love a strong backbone in a sensitive character, and adored Christian & Alex for that.
Outstanding narration by seasoned vocal actors, I could listen to these guys all day. I absolutely adore Cendese’s intonations and the way he brings a story to life!
My only gripe is that I have become greedy for long & detailed intimate scenes, of which, in this book there are only a handful. The MCs mention other intimate moments that occurred within the timeline of the story and I felt frustrated that I didn’t get to experience them in real time from the POV of the MCs. If you don’t need a lot of heat, then this offering is perfect, but I found it wanting. When I first started reading MM romances a year ago I would have thought this book was hot, but now that I’ve read and enjoyed more raunchy ones, my tastes have changed and so I’m not sure I will search for more from these authors.
