this is an exceptionally clear narrative to describe the steps and categories required to achieve your financial goals. I will give the content a 10 out of 10 and a delivery a 7 out of 10.

If you have an established investment understanding, this book can provide some tips and tricks and also allow you to consider certain areas where you should dedicate more attention.
Most of the material is a beginner to an intermediate level not many advanced/technical insights

This book has important new information from Peter Mallouk but much of it was a rehash of his excellent book “The Five Mistakes Every Investor Makes and How To Avoid Them…Getting Investing Right.” The Five Mistakes is a must read if you have or will have money invested for your current or future needs. Peter Mallouk is a rock star in the world of investing and gives you a behind the scenes look at investment advisors and stock brokers. Do you have a fiduciary relationship with your investment professional? Many are wolves in sheep’s clothing.

Great info, not great narration

Lots of good financial info but should have hired a professional reader. You get used to it after you slow it down though.
